Wireless Keys Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-21

This Policy explains what information Wireless Keys (“the App”, phone and computer apps) processes, why, and who receives it.

1. Information that stays on your devices

2. Information sent to third-party services

The App uses the following services for in-app purchases, entitlement checks, and remote settings:

- Remote Config reads settings such as the free button limit and receives a Firebase installation ID and basic device information.

- Authentication (anonymous sign-in) creates an anonymous user ID so the server can tell it is the same phone. You do not provide any account details.

- Cloud Functions and Firestore are used only when a Single Lifetime owner switches computers. The server stores the anonymous account ID above, the anonymous user ID, the Single Lifetime original transaction ID, the authorized computer’s device id and name, and the time of the last update. Data is stored on Google Cloud in the United States.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. Permissions

Depending on the feature, the App may ask for local network, Bluetooth, camera (QR pairing), photos/files (custom images, file transfer), notifications, and accessibility / input-monitoring permissions (keyboard and mouse control on the computer). You can revoke them at any time in system settings.

4. Retention and deletion

On-device data is removed when you uninstall the App or unpair. The server-side Single Lifetime binding is kept while you hold that entitlement, so one purchase cannot authorize several computers at once. To delete the server record, contact us as described below; after verification we will delete it (you will then need to bind a computer again).

5. Children

If you are under the age of consent in your region, use the App with a guardian.

6. Changes and contact

Updates appear in the App, and material changes are highlighted. For questions or deletion requests, contact us through the app store listing.
